Leadership cohort

Help your leaders use AI well and lead its adoption

A practical cohort for executives, senior managers and team leaders who need to use AI confidently themselves, make sound decisions, and help their people use it safely, critically and consistently.

Delivered with Hatch Talent • ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot • Includes 12 months access to the Online Learning Platform

At a glance

3 × 3-hour sessions, up to 12 leaders

One session per month, giving space for learning to land between each one. In person or virtual.

Practical work between sessions

Leaders apply what they learn to real work between sessions, helping the capability build in context rather than just in the room.

What makes this practical

  • Short teaching blocks followed by exercises, peer discussion and live practice
  • Leaders bring their own decisions, documents and scenarios into the room
  • Time between workshops to test ideas, reflect and improve
  • Practical between-session work that contributes to the shared AI Playbook

12 months platform access

Includes 12 months access to our Online Learning Platform for catch-up, templates, weekly support calls, and continued learning.

How the cohort works in practice

01

Workshop 1

Leaders learn to use AI confidently and safely

Leaders practise framing problems clearly, giving AI useful context, improving prompts through conversation and applying AI to real tasks. They also explore AI’s blind spots, safe information use, human review and how the organisation’s AI policy applies in practice.

02

Workshop 2

Turn good AI use into repeatable ways of working

Leaders use stronger reasoning, trusted sources, good examples and workplace context to improve AI-assisted work. They identify a recurring task or team irritant, then create or sponsor a reusable prompt, workflow or AI assistant with clearer ownership and review.

03

Workshop 3

Make better decisions and lead adoption

Leaders use AI to test assumptions, explore scenarios and work with organisational information and data. They then establish AI champions, sharing habits, clear expectations and psychological safety for experimentation, before agreeing a practical 30-day plan.

Between workshops, leaders test real use cases, add useful examples to the shared AI Playbook, improve a reusable workflow and prepare a two-minute share-back for the final session.
